One video. One useful question.
Use a face-on or down-the-line video. Keep the camera steady, include your whole body and club, and film in good light.
Work through address, the top, impact and finish. Check suggested frames and adjust the marked positions when needed.
Look for a repeatable movement, connect it cautiously to your strike or ball flight, and take one useful observation into practice.
For face-on, place the camera opposite you, square to the target line. For down-the-line, keep the camera along the hand line and pointing parallel to the target line. Around hand-to-sternum height is a practical starting point. Use the same position and framing for comparisons; avoid wide-angle distortion, moving cameras and cropped clubs.
Record whether the ball started left, straight or right, how it curved, and where you struck the face. Use the video to investigate a specific movement rather than assuming one position explains every miss. The same visible characteristic can occur in effective and ineffective swings.

Yes. Record a new swing or import a video for position-by-position review.
Yes. Select the matching camera view and check the marked swing positions before interpreting the movement.
A single two-dimensional phone video does not directly measure three-dimensional club delivery, ground forces or weight distribution. Camera angle, blur and hidden body parts affect what can be observed. Use a launch monitor or appropriate measurement equipment when you need those measurements.
Use the review to make practice or a coaching conversation more specific. A visible movement alone does not establish a single cause for a poor shot.
